Having trained at the Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Academy in London, I believe that the relationship really is the therapy. We all need to feel seen, heard and understood. One of life’s greatest joys is finding meaningful, authentic connection with yourself and with others, and it is my belief that therapy enables us all to do this.
My therapeutic approach is holistic, creative, warm, accepting and non-judgemental. I aim to create a safe space where my clients feel seen, heard and valued for who they truly are, beyond their symptoms or coping mechanisms. I meet them exactly where they are and support them through their therapeutic journey with compassion.
Alongside my practice I run The Belong Initiative- a social enterprise providing free therapy to people who need it. Previously I’ve worked in addiction centres, 12 step programmes and was a manager at The Recover Clinic, an eating disorder outpatient clinic in London.
I am a registered individual member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
