Who is therapy for?

Therapy is for everyone. Whether you are looking to explore patterns of behaviour, wanting change but not quite sure what/how to do it, feeling low or simply wanting a space to talk freely without judgement to make sense of something.

We all have the capacity to grow and to heal, but sometimes we need the support of someone else in order to help us achieve this. Therapy offers just that. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery and healing, and is grounded in a trusting relationship between the two of us.

Working together

The most important part of therapy is finding someone you connect with. I happily work with anyone needing support, whether it be something you’ve struggled with for many years, or something that has only recently started feeling like a problem.

I focus on the individual behind the diagnoses, and together we’ll explore the root causes of the issue(s), strengthen your self-belief and enable you to begin practicing compassion based coping mechanisms and internal self-care tools to enable your healing.
